Jane’s unique therapy practice blends Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with other therapeutic approaches to help clients across the world overcome complex phobias, trauma and anxiety related issues. Specialist in Emetophobia - the Fear of Vomiting
Jane specialises in emetophobia, a debilitating fear of vomiting that leads to avoidance behaviours. Sufferers are so overwhelmed by the thought of being sick, they avoid many activities, for example, eating out or socialising. The condition can be so debilitating emetophobes become house-bound or cannot go to school or work.
Jane’s Approach
Jane’s approach gives clients back personal agency: control over their thoughts, actions and reactions. She facilitates them to heal challenging mental health issues until they can focus on the future and flourish again.
